From a spark to a flame, our hearts found home- a love story written in time.
Some stories begin
with a spark
Ours started with a long, winding path that began in childhood. Friends through family ties, we danced around fate until July 2022, when our first real date bloomed like a secret waiting to be discovered.
I joked about The Bee Company, and he teased back, wondering if I meant The Honey Company. From that playful moment, our laughter became the soundtrack of something beautiful.
Love found us on a mountaintop at Hartebeespoortdam, where beneath the vast sky and gentle breeze, he asked me to be his girlfriend. Up in the cable car, with hearts racing, we whispered the magic words:
“I love you.”
Since then, our days have been painted with adventures — horseback rides through open fields, river rafting wild currents, sun-drenched days in Mozambique chasing the sea, quad biking dunes and chasing sunsets. In nature’s embrace, we found our peace and our joy.
We built a home together in August 2023, a place where love grows with every shared sunrise and whispered dream. Then, on a surprise day at Van Gaalen Cheese Farm, surrounded by those we hold dear, he knelt and asked forever — a moment wrapped in laughter, tears, and pure magic.
Now, as we prepare to say “I do” on 20 June 2026, we invite you to join us in celebrating a love story that’s as playful as it is profound, as adventurous as it is tender. Here’s to the journey ahead — the best chapter yet.
